Factory recovery - Create a Custom Recovery Partition
You need to set the description for the captured image.
imagex /flags "CoreSingleLanguage" /info X:\sources\install.wim 1 "Recovery" "Windows 10 Home Single Language" /CHECK
The imagex.exe is part of the Deployment Tools found in the Windows ADK for Windows 10.
or you can add the description to the command to capture the image:
dism /capture-image /imagefile:Z:\install.wim /capturedir:D:\ /name:"Recovery" /description:"Windows 10 Home Single Language" /compress:maximum

Description is not necessary, it is only needed when WIM file contains more than one Windows edition, to let user to choose which edition to install.
In this recovery partition process, description can be added but it is not required. Missing description is not the cause for Windows Setup not finding any editions.
Yes you are correct Kari. @Mastermindj3 posted a screenshot of the error while trying to install the captured image on a virtual machine, the Windows Setup window gives a blank option when the description is not set.
